- Plywood: Maxim can provide a class A One Hour Fire Rating applied to a single sheet of 5/8" exterior grade plywood. This "bullet proof" system provides long-term waterproofing for walking surfaces. This heavy duty pedestrian traffic membrane system includes a metal lath reinforced underlayment followed by the application of the fiberglass reinforced membrane, texture and UV stable seal coats.
- Concrete: Maxim Pedestrian Traffic Membrane for concrete surfaces includes a fiberglass reinforced membrane followed by a non-skid texture and UV stable seal coats to provide an attractive waterproof walking surface.
- Decorative Finish Options: Maxim's decorative finishes may be applied over the fiberglass reinforced membrane to provide an endless number of textures, designs, and patterns. The decorative finishes options provide the added value of have an attractive waterproof surface. The low profile finishes are great alternative to placing tile or heavy stone.
- Remedial and Retrofit: Maxim products are ideal for repairing leaking decks, correcting slope problems, and for providing a new fresh attractive finish. Low odor water-based products have fast dry times making Maxim the product or choice for your next retrofit project.
